The XTM Series: A New Chapter in Acoustic Design
MOONDROP's XTM series introduces a pioneering approach to IEM crossover design. Breaking away from traditional styles, it opens a new path with bold experimentation and precision tuning. At the heart of this series lies the Harmon — a compact IEM with three full-size 10mm dynamic drivers and a patented coaxial four-cavity structure.
Triple 10mm Dynamic Drivers
Unlike conventional IEMs, the Harmon integrates three 10mm dynamic drivers within a tiny shell. Each driver is paired with an independent acoustic cavity, enabling detailed crossover control and exceptional tuning accuracy. This innovative architecture allows Harmon to deliver big, full-bodied sound from a surprisingly small enclosure.
Precision-Tuned Mid-Treble Driver
The mid-treble driver uses an ultra-thin, molded glass dome diaphragm with a flexible suspension structure. It offers higher stiffness, lower distortion, and extended high-frequency response. Treble is rendered with remarkable clarity, while the mids remain clean and textured.
Dual 10mm Bass Drivers
Bass is driven by MOONDROP’s signature horizontally-opposed dynamic driver layout, using dual 10mm units with N52 magnets, CCAW voice coils, and flexible paper-composite diaphragms. The result is deep, punchy, and distortion-free low-end performance.
TO-Level Acoustic Simulation & Design
Backed by advanced FEA acoustic modeling and a team of senior engineers, the Harmon delivers accurate frequency response and impressive phase consistency. The tuning closely follows MOONDROP’s VDSF Target Response, enhanced further by subjective fine-tuning for a natural, engaging sound with excellent imaging.
Advanced 3D Printing Collaboration
To realize its intricate internal structure, MOONDROP partnered with HeyGears, a leader in high-precision DLP 3D printing. This ensures manufacturing consistency for the Harmon’s complex shell while enabling mass production without sacrificing accuracy.
Cable & Connectivity
Harmon comes with a high-quality braided cable and swappable terminations for broad compatibility.
